there's a bunch of designers on this thing we call the internets. offhand, you don't really know who to trust with your professional contracts or last-minute deadlines. instead of lofty promises, just email us. if you're not happy with the response, or the free first proof of your project within the first 1-3 days, then... well, send us a mean email or something.
